Salary
LKR 35,000 – 70,000 (Based on experience, performance, and incentives.)
Key Responsibilities
* Welcome and assist customers in selecting cosmetic and beauty products.
* Provide excellent customer service and product recommendations.
* Handle cashier duties, including billing, cash handling, and card payments.
* Maintain a clean, organized, and attractive store display.
* Restock shelves and ensure products are properly arranged.
* Assist with stock management and inventory checks.
* Achieve sales targets while delivering a positive shopping experience.
Requirements
* Female applicants only
* Friendly, confident.
* Good communication and interpersonal skills.
* Basic knowledge of cosmetics and skincare is an advantage.
* Previous experience in retail sales or cashiering is preferred but not essential.
* Ability to work weekends and flexible shifts.
* Honest, responsible, and willing to learn.
