Job Title: Cashier
We are looking for a responsible, energetic, and customer-friendly Cashier This role goes beyond handling payments and includes maintaining product quality, cleanliness, stock presentation, and delivering an excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Handle billing and cash/card transactions accurately and efficiently
Greet customers politely and assist them with product selection
Ensure all products on shelves are well displayed and properly labeled
Monitor and maintain expiry dates, rotate stock, and remove expired or damaged items
Keep the showroom clean, hygienic, and well organized at all times
Refill shelves and ensure product availability throughout the day
Coordinate with the kitchen/store team regarding stock requirements
Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and minor complaints professionally
Follow hygiene, safety, and company standards at all times
Take responsibility for all showroom-related duties as required
Requirements
Basic knowledge of cashier operations
Good communication and customer service skills
Honest, punctual, and responsible
Ability to multitask and work as part of a team
Prior experience in a bakery, café, or retail outlet is an advantage
