💠 REQUIREMENTS : | # 💠 CANDIDATE PROFILE :

【~】✪ G.C.E. A/L and/or any professional qualification in Public Relations or Marketing

【~】✪ 02 - 03 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in hospital, hospitality or customer service environments

【~】✪ Proficient in MS Office packages

【~】✪ Strong interpersonal and communication skills with excellent attention to detail

【~】✪ Prior experience working as a Public Relations Officer in a hospital or hotel is an added advantage.

【~】✪ Willingness to work on a shift basis

💠 RESPONSIBILITIES : | # 💠 JOB PROFILE :

【~】✪ Handles all inquiries and requests for services, provides information to customers over the telephone, or at the reception counter

【~】✪ Responsible for admission process, registration of customers, reservation of appointments and other service requests

【~】✪ Coordinate patients at the OPD, receives the customers and will be directing patients and other visitors to respective departments while coordinating the scheduling of consultants and paramedical services
