Cashier/ Account Assistant
Requirements
• G.C.E. A/L qualification. AAT or equivalent accounting qualification will be an added advantage.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in cashiering or accounts.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and accounting software is an advantage.
• Good numerical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Honest, responsible, and detail-oriented.
Key Responsibilities
• Handle daily cash transactions and maintain accurate cash records.
• Prepare invoices, receipts, and payment vouchers.
• Record financial transactions and maintain accounting records.
• Assist in bank deposits, reconciliations, and petty cash management.
• Support monthly financial reporting and documentation.
• Maintain proper filing of financial documents.
• Perform other accounting and administrative duties as assigned.
