ใ~ใโช Minimum 1 year of experience in collections, or a customer-facing role.
ใ~ใโช Good communication and interpersonal skills.
ใ~ใโช Possess a valid Sri Lankan riding licence for a motorcycle (mandatory).
ใ~ใโช Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
ใ~ใโช High level of integrity, professionalism, and accountability.

ใ~ใโช Collect outstanding customer payments while achieving weekly collection targets.
ใ~ใโช Deposit daily cash and cheque collections with accurate supporting documentation.
ใ~ใโช Verify cheque validity, signatures, and compliance with company credit policies.
ใ~ใโช Follow up and resolve returned cheques within the required timeline.
ใ~ใโช Negotiate payment plans and maintain positive relationships with customers.
ใ~ใโช Coordinate with Credit team regarding overdue and on-hold customer accounts.
ใ~ใโช Support effective debtor management and contribute to maintaining healthy cash flow.
