【~】✪ Passed G.C.E. Advanced Level Examination.

【~】✪ Minimum 1 year of experience in collections, or a customer-facing role.

【~】✪ Good communication and interpersonal skills.

【~】✪ Possess a valid Sri Lankan riding licence for a motorcycle (mandatory).

【~】✪ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

【~】✪ High level of integrity, professionalism, and accountability.

【~】✪ Collect outstanding customer payments while achieving weekly collection targets.

【~】✪ Deposit daily cash and cheque collections with accurate supporting documentation.

【~】✪ Verify cheque validity, signatures, and compliance with company credit policies.

【~】✪ Follow up and resolve returned cheques within the required timeline.

【~】✪ Negotiate payment plans and maintain positive relationships with customers.

【~】✪ Coordinate with Credit team regarding overdue and on-hold customer accounts.

【~】✪ Support effective debtor management and contribute to maintaining healthy cash flow.
