A position is available for a Caretaker/Supervisor to reside at a private property in Wellampitiya. We are looking for a responsible and trustworthy individual, preferably an elderly person.
📌 Job Requirements:
Age above 45 years
Must reside full-time on the premises
Handle front gate duties
Record vehicle numbers
Supervise activities around the property
Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of the premises
Good communication and language skills
Motorbike license (added advantage)
Preferably a permanent resident outside Colombo
📄 Documents Required:
Address proof
Previous experience/work letter
Grama Niladhari certificate confirming address
Police report
💰 Salary: Starting from Rs. 40,000 per month
