Master Tools is looking for a reliable, customer-friendly, and responsible Cashier to join our growing team. The selected candidate will be responsible for handling showroom sales, payments, POS operations and online orders.
📌 Key Responsibilities
• Operate the POS system and issue invoices, receipts, and quotations
• Handle cash, card, bank transfers, QR, and other payments
• Manage online orders and coordinate deliveries
• Prepare daily sales and cash reports using MS Excel
• Support showroom staff in selling products
• Maintain accurate records and files
• Provide excellent customer service
📌 Qualifications & Requirements
• Minimum 6 months' experience in a cashier/retail environment
• POS system experience is essential
• Proficiency in MS Excel
• Experience handling online orders
• Social media marketing experience will be an added advantage
• Good communication skills in Sinhala; basic English is an advantage
• Honest, accurate and customer-oriented
• Age 20–35 years
• Candidates from Kiribathgoda and surrounding areas will be given preference
