📍 Location: Colombo & Malabe

🕒 Shifts: Day Shift & Night Shift

# 𝐑𝐄𝐐𝐔𝐈𝐑𝐄𝐌𝐄𝐍𝐓𝐒 :

【~】• Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in a similar role.

【~】• Good communication skills in Sinhala and English.

【~】• Age between 30 – 50 years.

【~】• Valid Motor Bike Riding License is required.

【~】• Preference will be given to candidates residing in Malabe, Rajagiriya, or Colombo 01–15.

【~】• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

# 𝐑𝐄𝐒𝐏𝐎𝐍𝐒𝐈𝐁𝐈𝐋𝐈𝐄𝐒 :

【~】• Recruit, train, and supervise café staff.

【~】• Ensure smooth daily operations across all outlets.

【~】• Maintain compliance with hygiene, health, safety, and licensing regulations.

【~】• Promote and market the business.

【~】• Monitor stock levels and order supplies.

【~】• Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally.

【~】• Prepare staffing and sales reports.

【~】• Maintain financial and statistical records.

【~】• Improve profitability and operational efficiency.

【~】• Liaise with customers, suppliers, employees, and other stakeholders.

【~】• Identify and implement improvements to business operations.
