  • Prefer “no drilling” options, using existing screw/clip points.

  • Check if clips/screws are included.

  • Also check if front & rear sets are included (4 pieces vs just 2).

Durability / Protection

Good coverage behind tires to protect lower doors / side sills. Helps avoid paint chips, mud splashes, corrosion. Especially useful during monsoon etc.

Shipping Cost & Import Duties

If buying from overseas (Australia, etc), check shipping cost to Sri Lanka + customs. For smaller items like flap sets, shipping might be manageable but check.

Local Availability

See if there are local dealers or stores (Colombo, Homagama etc) that can supply, to reduce cost & get faster replacement if needed.
