NORVI Controllers is a Sri Lankan electronics design and manufacturing company exporting Industrial IoT hardware to Europe and North America. We are a small, fast-moving team based in Midigama, Weligama.
The Role
We are looking for a proactive, self-directed professional to support day-to-day operations and external communications. You will work closely with the management team, handling a mix of coordination, client communication, and administrative tasks across multiple areas of the business.
Key Responsibilities
• Handle professional English correspondence with international clients, suppliers, and third-party organisations
• Coordinate with external freelancers and vendors — briefing, tracking progress, and reviewing deliverables
• Respond to customer and distributor inquiries promptly and professionally
• Support hiring administration — candidate communication, scheduling, and record keeping
• Assist with internal coordination tasks and maintain organised records of ongoing activities
What We Are Looking For
• 2–4 years of prior work experience in a professional, client-facing, or B2B environment
• Strong written and spoken English — essential for this role
• Degree in Business Administration, Management, Communications, or a related field
• Computer literate — comfortable with email, Google Workspace, and spreadsheets
• Self-motivated and able to manage tasks independently without close supervision
• Based in or willing to relocate to the Weligama / Matara area
