Role: Business Operations & Accounting Assistant
Location: 100% Remote (Work from Home - Around Colombo)

Experience: Ability to learn on the go, and Interest in Learning about Vehicles.
Remuneration: Negotiable Basic Salary + Attractive Sales Commissions
We are a growing vehicle importation business looking for a sharp, organized, and financially savvy Business Operations Assistant. This is not just a desk job; you will be the bridge between our imports and our valued clients.
Core Responsibilities
Financial Record Keeping: Manage day-to-day bookkeeping, track payments to suppliers/customs, and maintain clear accounting logs.
Field Operation: coordinate with clearing agents and logistics providers to ensure vehicles move from the port to the customer efficiently.
High-Value Customer Follow-up: Maintain relationships with clients, providing them with transparent updates on their vehicle’s import status and final costings.
Sales Support: Assist in converting inquiries into sales by providing professional quotations and following up on leads (Commission-based).
Requirements
- Accounting Background: understanding of bookkeeping and financial math
- Communication: Exceptional professional communication skills to handle high-net-worth vehicle buyers.
- Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and accounting software.
- Independence: Ability to manage operations and travel to our vehicle Yard in Hambantota if required.
