### **💠 REQUIREMENTS:**
* Minimum 10 years of proven experience in Business Development or a related field.
* Age 35+
* Formal qualifications are **not essential** for candidates with strong, proven industry experience.
* Retired professionals are encouraged to apply.
* Willing to travel extensively across Sri Lanka.
* Must be in good physical health.
* Willing to use public transport for long-distance travel when required.
* Ability to achieve business development targets.
* Computer literate.
* Ability to communicate in Sinhala, Tamil, and English will be a distinct advantage.

* Identify and develop new business opportunities.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
* Achieve assigned business growth and revenue targets.
* Conduct market visits and represent the company professionally.
* Prepare reports and maintain accurate business records.
* Work closely with management to implement business development strategies.
