Business Development Executive / Trainees
Job Responsibilities
Implement & monitor operational SOPs to maintain service slandered.
Conduct regular team briefing & training, aiming to improve skills & sales output.
Prepare marketing operations reports & present to senior management.
Ability to manage all levels of staff under operations & marketing.
Should have the ability to develop & coordinate marketing activities
Recruit new sales staff as necessary on an area basis & freelance sales personnel
Job Requirements
Excellent communication, coordination and interpersonal skills,
Excellent exposure to top-level customers
Proven leadership & team management skills
Positive multitasking working attitudes & achieving the monthly target deadlines.
Proficiency in MS Office
Min 2 years of experience in operations and marketing.
Below 40 years of age.
