💼 𝐏𝐎𝐒𝐈𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍 : EXECUTIVE – BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT (Hemas Laboratories)

💠 𝐑𝐄𝐐𝐔𝐈𝐑𝐄𝐌𝐄𝐍𝐓𝐒 : | # 💠 𝐂𝐀𝐍𝐃𝐈𝐃𝐀𝐓𝐄 𝐏𝐑𝐎𝐅𝐈𝐋𝐄 :

【~】✪ Degree/Diploma in Marketing, Business Management, Business Development/Sales or a related discipline.

【~】✪ 1–3 years of experience in business development, healthcare marketing or sales within the pharmaceutical, medical equipment or FMCG industries.

【~】✪ Strong communication, networking and negotiation skills with the ability to professionally represent the Hemas brand.

【~】✪ Target oriented, self motivated individual with good planning and territory management skills.

【~】✪ Ability to travel frequently, manage field activities and collaborate effectively with cross functional teams.

【~】✪ Proficiency in MS Office with the ability to prepare presentations and analytical reports.

【~】✪ Drive revenue growth for the assigned cluster by identifying new business opportunities and strengthening existing client relationships.

【~】✪ Build and maintain strong partnerships with consultants, hospitals, corporates and other key stakeholders to enhance service referrals and sample volumes.

【~】✪ Conduct regular field visits, competitor analysis and market development activities to increase brand visibility and cluster performance.

【~】✪ Work closely with internal teams to ensure high service standards and customer satisfaction.

【~】✪ Work on periodic sales reports, monitor KPIs and execute relevant activities to meet and exceed revenue targets.

【~】✪ Organize and participate in community health screenings, medical camps, and awareness initiatives to promote Hemas Laboratories’ service offerings.
