We are seeking a proactive and target-driven Business Development Executive to onboard salons and beauty service providers onto our online platform.
The role focuses on building partnerships, expanding the merchant network, and driving platform adoption among salons and service provides.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, approach and onboard salons and beauty service providers
- Present the benefits of the online platform and demonstrate features to partners
- Build and maintain strong relationships with salon owners and managers
- Negotiate commercial terms, commissions, and partnership agreements
- Achieve monthly onboarding and revenue targets
- Coordinate with onboarding, support and tech teams to ensure smooth partner activation
Collect feedback from salon partners to improve platform features and services
- Track leads, onboarding progress, and performance using CRM tools
- Monitor competitor platforms and market trends in the beauty and wellness industry
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven experience in business development, sales or merchant onboarding
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and meet targets
- Familiarity with mobile apps, digital platforms and E-commerce is an advantage
- Proficiency in MS Office; CRM experience is a plus
Preferred Skills:
- Experience working with salons or wellness businesses
- Knowledge of online service providing systems, digital payments or marketplace platforms
- Customer-centric and relationship-focused mindset
