ใ~ใโช 2-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management (preferably in facilities or support services)
ใ~ใโช Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
ใ~ใโช Knowledge of facilities management services, support solutions, or related fields
ใ~ใโช Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team
ใ~ใโช Experience with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
ใ~ใโช Ability to understand and address client needs in the facilities and support space

ใ~ใโช Identify and target potential clients in need of facilities management and support services
ใ~ใโช Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients

ใ~ใโช Assist in the preparation of proposals, contracts, and presentations
ใ~ใโช Work closely with internal teams (facilities, operations, HR, etc.) to ensure client solutions are delivered efficiently
ใ~ใโช Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends to identify new business opportunities
ใ~ใโช Achieve sales targets and KPIs while expanding our presence in the facilities management sector
ใ~ใโช Provide exceptional customer service and maintain client satisfaction
