We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and help achieve sales and growth targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Generate leads through calls, emails, networking, and other channels.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Conduct meetings and presentations with prospective customers.
- Prepare quotations and negotiate contracts.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Work closely with the marketing and operations teams.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role (fresh graduates with strong communication skills may also apply, if applicable).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
