# Business Analyst Intern

We are looking for a motivated, confident and detail-oriented Business Analyst Intern to support client communication, requirement gathering, documentation and project coordination within our technology team.

## Key Responsibilities

* Handle client calls, WhatsApp messages, emails and general enquiries professionally.

* Gather, understand and document client and project requirements.

* Prepare requirement documents, proposals, reports, presentations and process flows.

* Coordinate with clients, developers and internal team members.

* Follow up on project updates, pending requirements, meetings and deadlines.

* Maintain client records, Excel sheets and project documentation.

* Assist with research, quotations and daily business operations.

## Requirements

* Currently following or recently completed a degree or diploma in Business, IT, Management or a related field.

* Good communication skills in Sinhala and English.

* Confidence in handling calls and communicating with clients.

* Good knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, email and WhatsApp.

* Strong analytical, organisational and documentation skills.

* Basic understanding of websites, software or digital projects will be an advantage.

This internship offers practical experience in business analysis, client management, project coordination and technology operations.
