BUSINESS ANALYST
Job Role
• Analyze stock levels, product movement, and inventory trends across all retail outlets.
• Monitor and report on key inventory KPIs: stock turnover, aging stock, stockouts, and overstock.
• Support demand forecasting and replenishment planning using historical data.
• Prepare and maintain dashboards and reports for daily, weekly, and monthly review.
• Identify and resolve stock discrepancies by collaborating with purchasing, warehouse, and store teams.
• Optimize inventory processes and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
• Degree or diploma in Business, Supply Chain, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in inventory analysis, business analysis, or retail operations.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI (or Tableau), and ERP/Inventory systems.
• Solid understanding of SKUs, stock movement, and retail inventory KPIs.
• Basic knowledge of SQL is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills.
