BUSINESS ANALYST
Job Role
Evaluate stock levels, product movement, and inventory patterns across all retail locations.
Track and report on essential inventory KPIs, including stock turnover, aging inventory, stockouts, and excess stock.
Assist in demand forecasting and replenishment strategies utilizing historical data.
Develop and update reporting dashboards for daily, weekly, and monthly performance reviews.
Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies by partnering with purchasing, warehouse, and retail teams.
Streamline inventory management processes and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
Qualifications
Degree or diploma in Business, Supply Chain, Data Analytics, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in inventory analysis, business analysis, or retail operations.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI (or Tableau), and standard ERP/Inventory management systems.
Solid grasp of SKU management, stock movement, and key retail performance metrics.
Basic knowledge of SQL is considered an advantage.
Outstanding problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional coordination abilities.
