ใ~ใโช ๐นMonitor daily shipment volumes and ensure adequate manpower and rider capacity to manage operational requirements.
ใ~ใโช ๐นEnsure branches follow DEX standard operating procedures, operational controls, and compliance requirements.
ใ~ใโช ๐นMaintain accurate daily operational records and branch performance reports.
ใ~ใโช ๐นMonitor rider attendance, route allocation, productivity, delivery performance, and working hours.
ใ~ใโช ๐นConduct regular rider briefings and communicate operational updates, targets, policies, and process changes.
ใ~ใโช ๐นTake ownership of branch-level operational KPIs and ensure achievement of assigned targets.
ใ~ใโช ๐นLead and motivate branch teams and delivery riders to achieve operational targets analyzing the operational challenges and bottlenecks.

ใ~ใโช ๐นDiploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Logistics, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field.
ใ~ใโช ๐น1โ2 years of experience in logistics, courier, last-mile delivery, warehouse, or operations management.
ใ~ใโช ๐นExperience managing delivery riders or field operations is highly preferred.
ใ~ใโช ๐นStrong understanding of last-mile delivery operations and logistics KPIs.
ใ~ใโช ๐นGood analytical and problem-solving skills.
ใ~ใโช ๐นStrong leadership and people-management capabilities.
ใ~ใโช ๐นAbility to work under pressure in a high-volume operational environment.
ใ~ใโช ๐นGood communication and stakeholder-management skills.
ใ~ใโช ๐นProficiency in MS Excel and operational reporting tools.
