Key Responsibilities
Oversee and manage the daily operations of all company branches.
Lead, supervise and develop Branch Managers and all branch staff.
Build a high-performance sales culture across all branches.
Drive the team to achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
Improve sales conversion, branch productivity and overall business performance.
Monitor daily branch sales, customer service and operational standards.
Maintain staff discipline, accountability and performance.
Recruit, train, coach and develop employees.
Conduct regular branch visits, inspections and performance reviews.
Identify operational weaknesses and implement effective solutions.
Ensure company policies, SOPs and quality standards are followed.
Handle customer complaints and operational issues professionally.
Coordinate with Sales, HR, Finance and Administration departments.
Prepare Daily, Weekly and Monthly Management Reports.
Monitor inventory, company assets and operational efficiency.
Develop strategies to increase revenue, profitability and customer satisfaction.

Requirements
✅ Age 35 – 45 Years
✅ Minimum 10 years of proven experience in Sales Leadership, Operations Management, Branch Management or Business Administration.
✅ Extensive experience in successfully managing multiple branches is essential.
✅ Proven ability to build, lead and manage high-performing sales teams.
✅ Proven track record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets.
✅ Strong leadership, people management and decision-making skills.
✅ Experience in staff discipline, performance management and accountability.
✅ Excellent problem-solving, planning and communication skills.
✅ Strong analytical and reporting skills.
✅ Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and business reporting.
✅ Ability to travel regularly between company branches.
✅ Valid Driving Licence will be an added advantage.
