Branch Manager (Kiribathgoda / Gampaha / Kalutara)
Key Responsibilities:
• Build the team, Motivate, retain and achieve the Branch Objectives.
• Overall responsibility of the Branch, inclusive of overlooking the performance in leasing,
Loans, Fixed Deposits, Savings & General Administration.
• Responsible for maintaining accepted level of Credit and Recovery Management in the
Branch.
• Assess Regional level market conditions and identify current & prospective sales & marketing
opportunities.
• Overlook all marketing, sales promotions and operational activities of the Branch.
• Efficiently manage available resources to attain the profitability levels set for the period.
Qualifications:
• Proven track record of 05 – 08 years in the Banking or Finance Sector as a Manager of a Branch with results driven and customer focus attitude.
• Degree and/or Professional Qualifications (full/part) in Sales & Marketing, Banking & Finance, and Credit Management would be an added advantage.
• The ideal candidate should have hands-on approach and be committed to increase branch profitability by accomplishing sales targets (KPIs).
• Thorough understanding on rules and regulations governing the business operations in Banking & Finance Industry.
• The person we have in mind should be less than 40 years of age with excellent communication skills.
