ใ~ใโช ๐นProvide direction and support to Branch Supervisors to ensure smooth and efficient branch operations.
ใ~ใโช ๐นPrepare and present daily, weekly, and monthly regional performance reports.
ใ~ใโช ๐นParticipate in operational review meetings and present branch performance Ensuring management decisions and operational initiatives are effectively cascaded and implemented at branch level
ใ~ใโช ๐นTake overall accountability for achieving assigned regional operational KPIs.
ใ~ใโช ๐นAnalyze operational data to identify trends, recurring issues, productivity gaps, performance deviations and take corrective actions.
ใ~ใโช ๐นEnsure consistent implementation of DEX SOPs, operational controls, and compliance requirements across all branches.
ใ~ใโช ๐นSupport manpower planning, recruitment, onboarding, and deployment requirements in coordination with management and HR.

ใ~ใโช ๐นBachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Management, Operations Management, or a related field.
ใ~ใโช ๐น3โ4 years of experience in logistics, courier, last-mile delivery, transportation, warehouse, or branch operations.
ใ~ใโช ๐นProven experience managing multiple branches or operational locations.
ใ~ใโช ๐นExperience managing field teams, delivery riders or large operational teams.
ใ~ใโช ๐นStrong understanding of last-mile delivery operations and operational KPIs.
ใ~ใโช ๐นStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.
ใ~ใโช ๐นExcellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder-management capabilities.
ใ~ใโช ๐นStrong knowledge of MS Excel and operational reporting/analysis.
ใ~ใโช ๐นAbility to work in a fast-paced high-volume operational environment.
