【~】 Experience managing multi-function operations (Sales + Service + Parts)

【~】 Strong commercial and operational understanding

【~】 Experience managing 3S dealership operations

【~】 Knowledge of Chinese automotive brands (advantage)

【~】 Strong leadership and decision-making skills

【~】 Financial and operational planning capability
