Candidate Profile:
· Male candidate, age below 40 years, in Anuradhapura area.
· Bachelor's degree in management or similar qualification.
· Minimum 3 to 5 years of management-level experience in branch operations, recovery, marketing and customer service.
· Possess strong communication (Oral and written) and negotiation skills.
· Excellent leadership, management skills and ability to motivate and facilitate staff.
· Dynamic personality with strong interpersonal skills.
· Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
