2+ years experience in branch operations (courier/logistics preferred)

Strong communication and customer service skills

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word)

Good problem-solving and organizational abilities

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping

Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field is an advantage
