Boutique Villa Hospitality Assistant

As a Hospitality Assistant at Mayava, you will help ensure our guests have a comfortable and memorable stay. This is a hands-on role with a variety of responsibilities, so we are looking for someone who enjoys working in a small team and is happy to support wherever needed.

Your duties may include:

* Welcoming guests and assisting with check-in and check-out

* Preparing and serving breakfast

* Cleaning guest rooms and common areas to a high standard

* Laundry, folding linen, and organising supplies

* Responding to guest requests and providing excellent customer service

* Assisting with stock management and daily villa operations

* Keeping the property clean, organised, and well presented

* Supporting the team with any additional tasks as required
