- Bookkeeping: Reviewing bills and entering in accounting system
- Preparing bills for accounts team
- Handling of petty cash
- Ordering supplies/stocks, monitoring incl.
- Guest payment settlements
- Basic cost analyses etc. w accounting team
- Basic HR related record keeping: staff attendance, leave requests etc.
- Record keeping of equipment and tools issued
- Management assistance in renewal of company licenses
