We are a leading vehicle repair and maintenance company in Biyagama, providing high-quality services for all types of vehicles. We are expanding our Bodyshop Division (Denting & Painting Unit) and are seeking experienced, energetic, and result-oriented professionals to join our team.

Job Role

The Bodyshop Manager will be responsible for overall management of the Denting & Painting Unit, ensuring operational efficiency, quality standards, productivity, customer satisfaction, and insurance coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage overall Bodyshop operations and workflow.

• Ensure quality control and company service standards.

• Monitor technician productivity and performance.

• Coordinate with insurance companies for claims and approvals.

• Handle customer relations and ensure satisfaction.

• Plan training programs for technical staff.

• Maintain safety standards and workshop discipline.

• Make timely operational and managerial decisions.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years’ experience in Bodyshop / Automotive Repair industry in a managerial role.

• Degree in Automobile Engineering / Mechanical Engineering or related field.

• Strong knowledge of denting, painting, and collision repair processes.

• Experience in insurance claims handling.

• Leadership and team management skills.

• Good communication in Sinhala & English.

• MS Office proficiency.

 Attractive salary package will be offered depending on qualifications & experience.

 Working Hours Monday to Saturday 8.00 AM - 5.00 PM

 Applicants must reside in Biyagama, Kelaniya, Kiribathgoda, Kaduwela areas.

 Leave Days: Sunday & Poya day
