Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience in the hospitality industry

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work in a team environment

Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Physically fit to handle job demands

Flexible to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays

Basic knowledge of hotel operations and customer service
