🔹 Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and ensure guest satisfaction

• Take orders accurately and serve food and beverages professionally

• Prepare and serve coffee and specialty drinks (for Barista)

• Handle billing, payments, and cash transactions accurately (for Cashier)

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in service and work areas

• Follow service standards and company procedures

• Work as part of a team to ensure smooth daily operations

🔹 Requirements

• Previous experience is an advantage (not mandatory for trainees)

• Friendly personality with good communication skills

• Willingness to learn and work flexible shifts

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
