Barista
🧾 Key Responsibilities
☕ Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and beverages to high standards
🎯 Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and quality
👋 Provide excellent customer service and handle customer requests professionally
🧹 Maintain cleanliness of the bar counter and equipment
📦 Monitor stock levels of coffee beans, milk, and other supplies
⚡ Handle busy service periods efficiently
🤝 Coordinate with service staff for smooth operations
✅ Requirements
👨💼 Male candidate preferred
🎂 Age between 25 - 40 years
🎓 Certificate level qualification with NVQ Level 4
☕ Previous experience in a busy bar counter is a must
🗣️ Good communication skills (English & Sinhala preferred)
🔍 Attention to detail and passion for coffee preparation
⏰ Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
⭐ Additional Advantage
☕ Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and latte art
🍹 Experience in mocktails and beverage preparation
