B2B Coordinator
Safety Sure PVT LTD is seeking a result-driven and organized B2B Coordinator to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing corporate clients, processing orders, and ensuring seamless delivery and payment follow-up.
Key Responsibilities:
• Find and contact new B2B customers (online and field visits)
• Share product samples and follow up on leads
• Prepare quotations and support order confirmations
• Maintain customer and order records
• Communicate with customers via phone and the B2B platform
• Support order processing, invoicing, and deliveries
• Follow up on payments with customers
• Update lead and task status using internal systems
Candidate Profile:
• 0–1 year experience in sales or order support
• Good communication skills
• Basic Excel knowledge
• Organized and able to handle multiple tasks
• Willing to travel locally for client visits
