Duties & Responsibilities
Attend to customers and assess vehicle accident repair requirements.
Prepare job cards, repair estimates, and insurance quotations.
Coordinate with insurance assessors for approvals and claims.
Advise customers on repair processes, timelines, and costs.
Liaise with the Body & Paint workshop and Spare Parts team to ensure smooth repairs.
Coordinate with Finance on insurance settlements and payments.
Provide regular repair updates and ensure customer satisfaction.
Maintain professional customer service and uphold the company's image.
Qualifications & Experience
3 to 4 years overall experience in an automobile dealership or a reputed multi-brand workshop out of which a minimum of 2 years should be as a Service Advisor.
A degree/ diploma in Automobile/ Mechanical Engineering would be preferred.
Good communication skills & customer oriented.
Good command in Sinhala, English languages & Positive attitude.
Should possess a valid driving license.
Only candidates with previous service advisor experience will be considered.
