Auditor

We are a fast-growing online lending company in Sri Lanka and are looking for a Credit Verification to join our team.

Job Responsibilities

Review loan applications and check customer information

Verify customer identity (NIC, photos, documents)

Check income, job details, and repayment ability

Approve / reject / refer applications based on company rules

Identify suspicious or fraudulent applications

Record all decisions in the system accurately

Requirements

Experience in loan verification, credit, KYC, or call center operations preferred

Experience in lending, microfinance, micro lending or financial services is an advantage

Good attention to detail

Able to work under pressure and handle daily application volume

Basic understanding of loans and repayment behavior

Sinhala or Tamil required, English is a plus

Bachelor’s degree is a plus but not required
