💼 𝐏𝐎𝐒𝐈𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍 : Associate Manager – Building Services Administration (Shady Grove – Borella)

💠 𝐑𝐄𝐐𝐔𝐈𝐑𝐄𝐌𝐄𝐍𝐓𝐒 :

NDES / NDT / HNDE or Equivalent Qualification

Skill of AutoCAD and Excel

💠 𝐂𝐀𝐍𝐃𝐈𝐃𝐀𝐓𝐄 𝐏𝐑𝐎𝐅𝐈𝐋𝐄 :

1 year experience in Civil Construction & Interior Fit-Out Projects will be an added advantage

Strong site supervision and field coordination skills

Ability to read and interpret drawings, BOQs, and specifications

Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and quality standards

Exposure to project coordination, contractor supervision, and progress monitoring
