💼 ASSOCIATE – CLIENT RELATIONS

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Associate – Client Relations to join Press Play Group.
🔴 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Assist in handling client inquiries and follow-ups
* Support the preparation of quotations, proposals, and presentations
* Coordinate with clients regarding event requirements and updates
* Maintain positive relationships with clients and suppliers
* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of projects
* Attend client meetings, site visits, and events when required
* Maintain accurate client records and communication logs
* Support the team in achieving sales and client satisfaction goals
🔴 REQUIREMENTS
* Previous experience in client relations, sales, or administration is an advantage
* Good communication and interpersonal skills
* Friendly, professional, and well-organized personality
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
* Ability to work independently and within a team
* Valid driving license is an advantage
