ASSISTANT TECHNICIAN – JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Purpose
The Assistant Technician will support the maintenance team in ensuring that all restaurant equipment, electrical systems, plumbing, refrigeration, kitchen equipment, and other technical facilities are maintained in safe and efficient working condition.
The role requires a practical, reliable, and hands-on individual who can respond quickly to technical issues and support smooth restaurant operations.

📌Requirements
1. G.C.E. O/L qualification or equivalent.
2. Certificate / Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, Refrigeration, Air Conditioning, or a related technical field will be an advantage.
3. Previous experience in restaurant, hotel, QSR, retail, or commercial maintenance is preferred.
4. Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and refrigeration systems.
5. Ability to use basic maintenance tools and equipment.
6. Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
7. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
8. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
9. Strong sense of responsibility and reliability.
10. Willingness to travel between Street Burger restaurants.
11. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays when required.
