ใ~ใโช RCM (Revenue Cycle Management) experience is a strong advantage.
ใ~ใโช Proficiency in Microsoft Office; intermediate to advanced Excel skills required.
ใ~ใโช Excellent people management and team-building skills.
ใ~ใโช High ethical standards and professional integrity.
ใ~ใโช Proven ability to work with physicians and senior leadership.
ใ~ใโช Experience with Athena (practice management software) is a plus.

ใ~ใโช Maintain KPIs and service levels throughout the client lifecycle from onboarding to steady-state operations.
ใ~ใโช Support and guide team members to ensure high performance and adherence to standards.
