• Assistant Manager – Leasing / Pawning

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and develop Leasing and Pawning business.

• Identify new customers and business opportunities.

• Maintain and develop strong customer relationships.

• Handle customer inquiries and provide professional service.

• Achieve individual and branch business targets.

• Support the branch in achieving its overall growth objectives.

Ideal Candidate:

• Previous experience in banking, finance, leasing, pawning, sales or marketing will be an advantage.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Target-oriented and self-motivated.

• Ability to develop new business and maintain customer relationships.

• Candidates residing in Gampaha and surrounding areas are highly encouraged to apply.
