1 to 3 years of experience in a retail or customer service environment, with prior leadership experience

Strong communication, active problem-solving, leadership, and time-management abilities

Ability to stand for long hours and lift moderate inventory weights when stocking shelves

💠 𝐑𝐄𝐒𝐏𝐎𝐍𝐒𝐈𝐁𝐈𝐋𝐈𝐓𝐈𝐄𝐒 : | # 💠 𝐉𝐎𝐁 𝐏𝐑𝐎𝐅𝐈𝐋𝐄 :

Staff Management: Build work schedules, assign daily floor duties, train new hires, and track team performance

Customer Service: Handle complex customer inquiries and resolve complaints to ensure high satisfaction

Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels, receive deliveries, conduct cycle counts, and reorder products

Store Operations: Open and close the store, oversee cash registers, and manage daily financial transactions

Visual Merchandising: Maintain clean, attractive product displays and update promotional signage

Basic Salary: Rs 60,000 +

6 holidays per month
