Due to business expansion and increasing sales performance, we are seeking a strong leader who can support store operations and drive team success.
✅ Key Responsibilities:
• Support the Store Manager in daily operations and sales performance
• Lead, motivate, and supervise the sales team
• Ensure exceptional customer service standards at all times
• Monitor sales targets and drive team performance to achieve KPIs
• Maintain visual merchandising and brand presentation standards
• Handle stock control, reporting, and operational procedures
• Ensure smooth store operations in the Manager’s absence
🎯 Requirements:
• Minimum 2–3 years of retail supervisory/assistant managerial experience
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Sales-driven with a positive and professional attitude
• Well-groomed and representative of the CHENARA DODGE brand
• Ability to work flexible retail hours
