💠 𝐑𝐄𝐐𝐔𝐈𝐑𝐄𝐌𝐄𝐍𝐓𝐒 :

Degree / Higher National Diploma in Electrical, Electronic, Telecommunication, or relevant Engineering field

Minimum 2 years of experience in fiber optic or telecommunication projects

Good knowledge of fiber optic network construction, testing, and documentation

Ability to work under pressure with minimum supervision

Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills

Familiarity with telecom network implementation, core planning, and downtime management will be an advantage

💠 𝐑𝐄𝐒𝐏𝐎𝐍𝐒𝐈𝐁𝐈𝐋𝐈𝐓𝐈𝐄𝐬 :

Prepare and maintain all required DOFN project documentation, including quotations, Bills of Quantities (BOQs), Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) documents, Completion Reports (CRs), test reports, and other project-related records

Ensure all project documentation is accurate, complete, and submitted within the required timelines

Coordinate with internal teams, customers, and external authorities to facilitate project implementation

Handle wayleave activities, including obtaining site access permissions and coordinating with relevant authorities and property owners

Manage all permission-related activities required for project implementation and ensure approvals are obtained on time

Coordinate and monitor core plan activities and downtime-related works to minimize project delays and service interruptions

Prepare and submit test reports and ensure compliance with required project standards and specifications

Maintain proper records of approvals, project documents, and correspondence

Follow up on pending approvals and coordinate with relevant parties to resolve issues affecting project progress
