Well Reputed Company located in Colombo 2, looking for Company Secretary for immediate recruitment.

Requirements:

Age: Below 40 years.

Good Education Background.

Must be certified by the Department of the Registrar of Companies /

You must qualify as an Attorney-at-Law or be a member of recognized institutes like CA Sri Lanka.

At least 5 years Experience as Assistant Company Secretary or Company Secretary.

Excellent Communication skills both English and Sinhala.

Salary: Good Salary package can be offered with Company benefits. (Not less than 250,000/-)
