They are seeking a motivated Area Sales Representative to expand their presence in the Anuradhapura region, build strong relationships, and drive sales growth within the agricultural sector.

Job Details:

• Employment Type: Full Time | On-Site

• Location: Anuradhapura (Applicants from the area are preferred)

• Languages: Fluent in Sinhala and/or Tamil (Required)

Key Responsibilities:

• Expand the customer network by onboarding new farmers, dealers, and distributors

• Handle day-to-day sales activities including sales, collections, and refunds

• Build and maintain strong relationships with farmers, agro dealers, cooperatives, retailers, and distributors

• Achieve assigned sales targets consistently

• Monitor competitor activities and market trends

• Participate in agricultural fairs, exhibitions, and farmer awareness programs

• Provide regular updates on field activities and sales performance

Requirements:

• Minimum educational qualification: G.C.E Ordinary Level

• Age between 20 – 40 years

• Fluency in Sinhala and/or Tamil

• Prior field sales experience is an added advantage

• Own vehicle with a valid driving license (preferred)

• Willingness to travel within the assigned region

• Access to a basic smartphone with WhatsApp

• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
