【~】 Any related degree or professional qualification

【~】 Minimum 02 years of experience

【~】 Experience in a courier company or last mile delivery (added advantage)

【~】 Good communication skills in English

【~】 Knowledge in Microsoft Office

【~】 Residing in the Southern Region

💠 𝐑𝐄𝐒𝐏𝐎𝐍𝐒𝐈𝐁𝐈𝐋𝐈𝐓𝐈𝐄𝐒 : | # 💠 𝐉𝐎𝐁 𝐏𝐑𝐎𝐅𝐈𝐋𝐄 :

【~】 Work towards meeting the Delivery and Pickup Promise set out by the organization and ensure all agreed processes are followed with continuous improvement

【~】 Achieve the sales targets set out for the assigned branches

【~】 Ensure Office / Fleet and Brand management at all times

【~】 Control over costs and ensure proper checking of all branch-related expenses

【~】 Monitor collection of cash sales and cash on delivery proceeds

【~】 Ensure real-time updates are provided by the Package Delivery Officers (PDOs)

【~】 Manage customer service levels

【~】 Provide information for management decision making
