The housing Unit contains spacious Two rooms , one room has attached bath room and other room has separate bath room. Pantry, lobby, small balcony, separate electricity and water meters and separate entrance as well.
Both rooms are furnished by beds, towel racks, cloth hanging hooks, etc. and lobby is furnished by dinning table and chairs.
This is more suitable for group of students who are seeking private accommodations. Five students can stay comfortably.
Sometimes it may be possible to stay well employed working individuals provided that affordability of them.
Affordability must be assured prior to occupation. Working people should provide their official identity and student should provide their students identity for security reasons.
Gender is immaterial, good for those who seek quite learning and peaceful environment.

3/4 kilometer to the Galle Road along Angulana station Road .
1/4 kilometer to the Angulana Station.
3/4 kilometer to the German training school .
Two kilometers to the Moratuwa University.
Two kilometers to the Kotalawala-Defence University.
One Kilometer to the K-zone, people's bank. Commercial Bank, HNB, Standard Chartered Bank, Bank of Ceylon .
1/4 kilometer to the water board office, RDA office, CEB office etc.
Barriers:
No parking for the premises, parking can be done only by the side of 15 feet wide Municipal Council Road at own risk. Better to avoid this advertisement if you have a vehicles to park.
Garbage disposal has to be maintained according to the Municipal Council garbage collection procedures.
Not suitable for the tenants having lot of furniture because Housing unit is already furnished for the expected population viz: students.
Restrictions:
No pets are allowed and prohibited- Dogs, cats and birds etc. or whatsoever animals.
Whatsoever under-hand and unauthorized or morally corrupted business are prohibited.
Conditions :
Tenants should provide copies of their National Identity Card and official or student identity Cards to confirm their employment and personal identity prior to occupation.
