
Role Overview
As a team member, you will be responsible for managing guest services, overseeing daily operations, and ensuring a welcoming environment for all visitors.
Requirements
Age: 25 to 55 years.
Fair proficiency in English (additional languages are a plus).
Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role. Trainees seeking career growth are also encouraged to apply.
Familiarity with OTA platforms such as Booking.com, Hostelworld, and Agoda is advantageous.
Ability to prepare hot and cold beverages.
Responsibilities
Guest check-in and handling phone inquiries.
Manage reservations and enhance guest engagement.
Address guest feedback, complaints, and special requests professionally.
Housekeeping and cleaning of guest rooms and common areas.
Coordinate maintenance, inventory, and procurement of supplies.
Prepare and serve breakfast, coffee, tea, and fresh juices.
Maintain a customer-focused attitude with strong problem-solving skills.
