Key Responsibilities
Build strong relationships with farmers, officers, and local communities.
Guide farmers on cultivation practices.
Conduct field visits, identify issues, and provide on-site solutions.
Advise on soil management, pest control, and sustainable practices.
Support crop diversification and report field data for planning.
Submit regular progress reports.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, Crop Science, or related field.
1–3 years’ experience (fresh graduates are welcome).
Valid riding license and own motorbike.
Skills & Competencies
Excellent communication and farmer engagement skills.
Analytical and detail-oriented mindset.
Proficient in MS Office / Google Sheets.
Willingness to travel frequently for field support.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Ability to work effectively in a team.
